Scale X Practitioner Access is being prepared for consultants, coaches and advisors who already work with leadership teams and want a structured diagnostic architecture they can use with their own clients.
The commercial model is simple: annual practitioner access + a transparent client-use share. When Scale X is used in a paid client diagnostic, Scale X receives 25% of the diagnostic fee, with a minimum of EUR 750 per paid client diagnostic. The practitioner's separate coaching, facilitation or advisory fees remain theirs.
One client diagnostic can repay the access fee.
The first step is paid founding access or a short fit check. This is not a free pilot, not a public checkout and no toolkit is delivered before license acceptance and payment.

What the 25% minimum means in practice.
The percentage applies only to the Scale X diagnostic fee, not to the practitioner's separate coaching, workshop or advisory fee.
- If the diagnostic fee is EUR 2,000, Scale X receives EUR 750 minimum and the practitioner keeps EUR 1,250.
- If the diagnostic fee is EUR 3,000, Scale X receives EUR 750 and the practitioner keeps EUR 2,250.
- If the diagnostic fee is EUR 5,000, Scale X receives EUR 1,250 and the practitioner keeps EUR 3,750.
Any follow-up coaching or advisory work can be priced separately by the practitioner.
Enterprise license
For advisory firms, internal teams or higher-volume use.
Enterprise License starts from EUR 10,000 per year and is scoped individually. It is used when one person is not enough, when a firm wants broader Scale X use, or when an organisation wants internal diagnostic capability.

- No sublicensing or training other practitioners
- No renaming Scale X as the practitioner's own methodology
- No sharing of raw scoring logic, editable workbooks or practitioner materials with clients
- Paid client use requires reporting and the agreed Scale X client-use fee: 25% of the diagnostic fee, minimum EUR 750, unless a different written tier agreement applies
